What’s included in a deep clean?
Everything in a regular clean, plus baseboards and door frames, blinds and light switches, scale and lime removed in bathrooms, and behind and under accessible furniture. Washing walls, carpet steam cleaning and moving heavy furniture aren’t included.
What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a home at its standard. A deep clean gets it there — the corners, edges and build-up that collect over months. Every first visit with us is a deep clean, and many clients add one each season.
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your home and the service. Recurring cleaning starts at $135 a visit (weekly, up to 2 bedrooms), a deep clean at $260, and a move-in or move-out clean at $340. Every price is a flat amount, agreed before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Each service page shows the prices by home size; homes with 5 or more bedrooms, and offices, get a quote.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all the products and equipment we need, every visit. If there’s something you’d like us to use — or avoid — in your home, just tell us.
Are you insured?
Yes. Reyna & Shine carries general liability insurance. We’re happy to share proof of insurance with you or your property manager.
What about pets?
We love them. Most of the homes we clean have pets. Tell us about yours when you book — who they are, where they like to be, anything we should know — and we’ll plan around them.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer, check or cash. Recurring clients can keep a card on file, charged after each visit. Paying cash? Have the exact amount ready, or leave it in a marked envelope, and we’ll send you a receipt. Our terms of service have the details.
Which areas do you serve?
We clean homes in Chambersburg, Fayetteville, Greencastle and Shippensburg. Close by but not on the list? Call or text (717) 496-9538 and we’ll tell you whether we can reach you.
How often should I deep clean my house?
Most homes benefit from a deep clean once a season — spring, before the holidays, and after a busy summer — with regular cleaning in between to keep the standard.
